Reservations
LW Ranch runs out of space for the summer as early as April. A phone call or E-Mail will hold your dates for you, followed by a 25% deposit. The balance is not required until check out. The 8-day/7-night vacation package runs from Sunday to Sunday, though shorter stays of 3 and 5 day packages for May and September are open on a space available basis.
Please specify the size of your party and the dates you are interested in, accompanied by a second choice, if possible. Call to inquire about weight restrictions for riders over 250 lbs.

Reservation: A 25% deposit will hold your dates for you.
Cancellations: Deposit refundable up to 90 days before vacation, after which non-refundable, but retained on account for 1 year for rebooking unless cancelled within 30 days of vacation - at which point a cancellation fee equal to the required deposit is charged. In light of recent world events and the ever present possibility of family emergencies we recommend cancellation insurance (Travel Guard 800 826-1300, client #008963).
Large group cancellation policies are defined within the specific booking contract.
Credit Cards: MC/VISA/AMEX accepted.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in quoted rates. However a suggested 15% of the package price is added for your convenience to the bill when you complete your vacation!
TAX: $1.54/person per night charged at checkout when settling your bill.

feel safer on your horse than on most city highways. While we won't
let you take your horse home with you, we'll reserve a horse for your
